The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Public Input Session, hosted in partnership with the Frederick County Health Department, Frederick Health, and the Coalition for a Healthier Frederick County, invites YOU to share your insights to help shape Frederick County’s health priorities over the next 3-year Local Health Improvement Process (LHIP) cycle.
