A Memorial Gathering for Cynthia (Cindy) Powell will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Community Foundation of Frederick County, located at 312 E. Church Street, Frederick, Maryland.
Following a brief formal remembrance of Cindy, the gathering will be a time to share memories with others and to remember the impact she had and will continue to have on the citizens of Frederick County.
